Problems with my email

Here’s a brief troubleshooting guide to setting up email. 99% of all email issues result from improper settings on the client’s email program.

(1). Make sure that your domain has fully propagated to your account here.

(2). Make sure that you have your full email address as your username.

Your full email address needs to go in the Account Name field.

(3). Make sure that you have the correct information in the Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing Mail (SMTP).

Make sure you’ve entered the correct domain name!

The Incoming Mail server (POP3) will always be The Outgoing Mail server (SMTP) should be set to your ISP’s SMTP server. Many ISP’s are blocking mail sent through an outside SMTP server (ie if it’s not their own) to minimise spam.

(4). Make sure that you have the correct password that you entered when setting up the account.

Make sure your password is correct!
